Ghee is a very pure form of clarified butter and, like coconut oil, is a versatile natural (cooking) fat. It has a combustion point as high as 250°C and is therefore safer. Ghee originates from Indian Ayurveda, but Ghee Easy makes the Ghee from real Dutch butter, sourced from cows grazing at nature reserve the Weerribben near the De Lange family's farm. Ghee improves digestion
Ghee ensures that good substances are better absorbed into your body and waste products are properly disposed of. Ghee contains the essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-9 in the right proportion and contains vitamins A, D, E and K.
High combustion temperature
Butter and most oils can burn quickly during frying. This is not healthy. Ghee has a focal point of as much as 250°C. So fat is high, which is much healthier.
Rich in flavour
Ghee Easy Has a rich nutty flavour. It can be used instead of oil. You can actually fry anything in it: for example, an egg, pancakes, vegetables or a piece of meat.
