Dosage Lion’s Mane Tincture Extract Liquid

In one pipette bottle of 30 ml, one full pipette equals 0.6 ml. The maximum dosage per day is 2 ml.

Use

We recommend dripping the tincture under the tongue and then swallowing. Can also be used through tea, coffee, smoothies or other (baking) recipes.

Note!
This Lion’s Mane alcohol solution is quite strong. We therefore recommend a one-week break after every three months of use.
