What are live fermentation cultures?

For live bacterial strains, organic sprouted soybeans are fermented using traditional kefir and kombucha cultures. This process takes approximately one month and results in a complex food matrix containing various naturally occurring microorganisms, enzymes, and plant compounds. During fermentation, the following are formed, among others:

  • Pre-digested nutrients
  • Amino acids
  • After completion of the fermentation process, the product is carefully freeze-dried to preserve its composition. It is then analyzed for nutritional and microbial values.
