Use
Traditional way: Mix half a teaspoon at a time with 200ml of hot water (50 °C). Simmer for a minimum of 15 minutes to 24 hours. 2 to 3 cups per day.
Also suitable for coffee, tea, cocoa, smoothies, breakfast, porridge and yogurt.
