What is Carobe and what is the difference between Carobe & Cacao?
Organic Carobe Carobe powder organic is made from the legumes of the carob tree. It is full of fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, nickel, copper and potassium. Carobe powder contains a larger amount of sugars than Cacao powder, making it a lot sweeter than cacao. Because of its sweet taste, you often need less in baking recipes. Another difference is that Carobe powder contains less fats than Cacao powder. In addition, Carobe powder is cheaper than Cacao powder. It also tastes very good in combination with cocoa.
