This Hemp Turmeric tea is a fresh blend that gets nice and spicy with the turmeric. The lemon balm and lemongrass make it a bit lemony, of course, and gourmets will taste a subtle sweetness from the elderflower. Because hemp is the main ingredient here as well, the tea still retains its smoothness.

Hemp tea is free of theine, caffeine and tannins.

Preparation
Use 2 tablespoons of Hemp & Turmeric tea per liter of water. Add hot water and steep for at least 5 to 7 minutes.
