You should choose this variant if the 2.5% starter strength no longer feels sufficient, or if you want a larger bottle for everyday use. When is MediHemp CBD Oil Raw 5% less suitable?
This product may not be the best choice if you’re just starting out with CBD; in that case, the 2.5% version offers a gentler introduction. Dosage and usage
- Starting dose: 1 drop twice a day
- Gradual increase: increase by 1 drop at a time.
- Maximum dose: 3 x 10 drops per day
Start with 1 drop twice a day. Hold the oil under your tongue for about 30 seconds, then swallow. Gradually increase the dose by 1 drop at a time, or spread the intake throughout the day. The correct dose varies from person to person. Shake well before use.
