Dosage
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food. If you need more support, such as after a course of antibiotics, you can increase the dosage to 2 capsules twice a day.
It is best taken with food, but avoid taking it with hot food or drinks, which can damage the delicate nutrients. Regenesis can be combined with other Living Nutrition products.
Regenesis has a very strong taste and we do not recommend opening the capsules to sprinkle over food.
Easy to carry, does not need to be stored in the refrigerator.
