Ingredients

Dosage
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice daily if needed.
This product contains slippery elm and should be taken with a full glass of water for optimal results. If you suffer from reflux or acid regurgitation, the capsules can be opened and mixed with water to cover the esophagus.
Avoid ingestion with hot foods or beverages, which can damage the delicate nutrients.
Terrain can be combined with other Living Nutrition products, including our Organic Fermented Herb formulas.
Easy to carry, does not need to be stored in the refrigerator.
