Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. If you have ordered multiple products and only wish to return a portion of the total order, the shipping costs will not be credited. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. No fee will be charged for a refund using the same or any other payment method.

Return within the Netherlands

For a return from your home to our address, we ask a contribution of 6.20 euros for a parcel with a value below 15 euros within the Netherlands. For a parcel shipment with a value of more than 15,- euro within the Netherlands we ask a contribution of 5,25 euro.
For letterbox packages with track & trace code we ask a contribution of 3,95 euro. For letterbox packages without track & trace code we ask a contribution of 2.15 or 3.70 euros depending on the weight. We will send you a return shipping label via email with which you can easily return the shipment.

Return outside the Netherlands

If you live outside the Netherlands, the cost of a return is at your own expense. To ensure the arrival of your return shipment, we recommend using a parcel service with tracking and/or insurance.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via email info@hempishop.nl with the following information:

your name and address,
The order number of the order (see the invoice or confirmation email),
Which products you wish to return,
The reason for return (this is not obligatory but we greatly appreciate this feedback so that we can improve our service and product range)
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

Return exceptions

Products that have been used and have traces of use or are incomplete cannot be returned.
Items with broken seals that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Return when the package is not picked up at a collection point

If you are not at home on the first delivery attempt, PostNL will deliver the parcel to your neighbors or a collection point nearby. If you do not want a package to be offered to neighbors, you can indicate this via the comments at checkout.

If an order is not picked up at the pickup point within the deadline set by the carrier and is therefore automatically returned, it will be considered an uncollected shipment. In this case, you will have the choice of having the package reshipped, provided that the additional shipping costs are paid again. If you do not wish new shipment, the purchase price of the returned products will be refunded, less the original shipping costs. Any return costs charged by the carrier may also be retained.

If you took advantage of an offer with free shipping on the original order, we reserve the right to still deduct the actual shipping costs incurred from the amount to be credited when returning the order due to non-collection.

Return from Belgium when address name does not match ‘incomplete/wrong address’

In Belgium, the name of the address provided must correspond to the name listed with the address at the mailbox. If this is not the case, the package will automatically be returned with the message ‘incomplete/wrong address’. When your parcel is returned for this reason, we ask to resend the parcel a contribution of 7,50 euros for a parcel with a value under 15,- euros. For a parcel shipment with a value above 15,- euros we ask a contribution of 6,50 euros.
