Shipping for a letterbox package with track & trace is € 3,95 per order. For orders from € 35, – shipping is free.

Track & Trace

When the package is shipped you will receive an email with track & trace code to track the shipment.

Delivery time

Order on weekdays before 4 p.m. and the package will be shipped the same day. PostNL delivers on Monday through Saturday.

We cannot be held responsible for products getting lost if you have indicated on the track & trace that you want the shipment to be deposited near your home such as under the carport, behind the mailbox, in the garden etc. etc.

On the checkout page, you can specify whether you want to pick up your order at a PostNL Service Point. Based on zip code, city name or region, PostNL Parcel Service displays the nearest locations. Many of them are open on shopping nights and weekends. You can follow the status of the shipment online 24 hours a day via Track & Trace. You will also be notified via e-mail as soon as the package is available at the chosen pickup point.
