Returns<\/strong>
\nYou have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. If you have ordered multiple products and return part of your order, the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund via the same or another payment method.<\/p>\n

When does free shipping remain valid?<\/strong>
\nOrders from \u20ac55 within the Netherlands and from \u20ac75 to Belgium are shipped free of charge. If you return (part of) your order and the final order amount falls below the free shipping threshold, we will still charge the shipping costs of the original order. These will be automatically deducted from the amount we refund to you.<\/p>\n

Returns within the Netherlands<\/strong>
\nFor a return shipment from your home to our address, we charge a contribution of \u20ac6.20 for a parcel with a value under \u20ac15 within the Netherlands. For a parcel with a value above \u20ac15, we charge a contribution of \u20ac5.25.
\nFor letterbox parcels with a track & trace code, we charge a contribution of \u20ac3.95. We will send you a return shipping label by email, allowing you to easily return the shipment.<\/p>\n

You can use our return label at the rates mentioned above. You are also free to send the return shipment yourself via another parcel service.<\/p>\n

Returns outside the Netherlands<\/strong>
\nIf you live outside the Netherlands, the costs of returning a product are at your own expense. To ensure the safe arrival of your return shipment, we recommend using a parcel service with tracking and\/or insurance.<\/p>\n

You can also report your return by email at info@hempishop.nl. Please include your name and address, the order number of your purchase (see the invoice or confirmation email), which products you wish to return, and the reason for returning them (this is not required, but we greatly appreciate this feedback to help us improve our service and product range).<\/p>\n

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and \u2013 if reasonably possible \u2013 in its original condition and packaging.<\/p>\n

We will refund the amount owed within 14 days of your return request, provided the product has been received back in good order.<\/p>\n

Return exceptions<\/b>
\nProducts should be returned as much as possible in their original condition and packaging. If the product has been used further, shows clear signs of use, or if parts are missing, a depreciation in value may be applied.<\/p>\n

Items that are incomplete or have been used to such an extent that they are no longer saleable cannot be fully refunded.<\/p>\n

Items whose seal has been broken and which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

We cannot be held responsible for products that are lost or damaged during the transport of your return shipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return when the package is not collected at a pickup point or is refused at the door<\/strong>
\nAfter shipment, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and for collecting the shipment from a pickup point in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

If a package is not collected and is returned, the incurred shipping and return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.<\/p>\n

If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, the carrier (e.g. PostNL or DHL) will deliver the package to your neighbours or to a nearby pickup point. If you do not want the package to be delivered to neighbours, you can indicate this in the comments field during checkout.<\/p>\n

If an order is not collected from the pickup point within the period specified by the carrier and is therefore automatically returned, this is considered an uncollected shipment. In that case, you have the option to have the package shipped again, provided that the additional shipping costs are paid again. If you do not wish to have it reshipped, the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs. If the carrier charges costs for returning an uncollected package, these costs will be passed on and deducted from the amount to be refunded.<\/p>\n

If you benefited from a free shipping offer with your original order, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping costs incurred from the amount to be refunded in the event of a return due to non-collection.<\/p>\n

Return from Belgium when the name on the address does not match (\u201cincomplete\/incorrect address\u201d)<\/strong>
\nIn Belgium, the name provided for the address must match the name displayed on the mailbox. If this is not the case, the package will automatically be returned with the message \u201cincomplete\/incorrect address\u201d. If your package is returned for this reason, we will charge a fee of \u20ac7.50 to resend a parcel with a value under \u20ac15. For a parcel with a value above \u20ac15, we charge a fee of \u20ac6.50.<\/p>\n\n\r\n\r\n\t
