Track Order
When your package has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code to track your package.

Lead-time
Order before 16.00 p.m. and your package will be shipped the same day. PostNL delivers on Monday to Saturday.

We cannot be held responsible for products that are lost if you have indicated with the track & trace that you want the shipment to be placed near your home, such as under the carport, behind the letterbox, in the garden, etc. etc.

PostNL Parcel convenience
In the comments with your order you can indicate at which PostNL Service Point you want to pick up the package. PostNL Parcel Service shows the nearest locations, including opening times, based on zip code, place name or region. You can choose from approximately 2.500 PakjeGemak locations. Many of them are open on late night and on weekends. You can track the status of your package online 24 hours a day via Track & Trace. You will also be notified by SMS and email as soon as the package is available at the selected store location.

Order Pick up in Rijsbergen
We used to have a pick-up point in Breda, but unfortunately restaurant Loff did not survive due to the Corona crisis. Orders can now be picked up in Rijsbergen (near the Belgian border). Please take a moment after placing the order contact to make an appointment.

Do you know an organic or vegan restaurant/lunchroom in Breda or the surrounding area? Then we would of course like to hear about it.
