Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If you have ordered multiple products and you only want to return part of the total order, the shipping costs will not be credited. We will pay you back with the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly indicated otherwise. No costs will be charged for a refund via the same or another payment method.
Return within the Netherlands
For a return from your home to our address, we ask for a personal contribution of 6,20 euros for a parcel shipment with a value below 15 euros within the Netherlands. For a package shipment with a value above 15 euros within the Netherlands, we ask for a personal contribution of 5,25 euros.
For letterbox parcels with a track & trace code, we ask for a personal contribution of 3,95 euros. For letterbox parcels without a track & trace code, we ask for a personal contribution of 2,15 or 3,70 euros depending on the weight. We will send you a return shipping label via email with which you can easily return the shipment.
Return outside the Netherlands
If you live outside the Netherlands, the costs of a return are for your own account. To ensure the arrival of your return shipment, we recommend that you use a parcel service with tracking and/or insurance.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us by email info@hempishop.nl containing the following information:
- your name and address,
- The order number of the order (see invoice or confirmation email),
- Which products you want to return,
- The reason for return (this is not mandatory, but we appreciate this feedback in order to improve our service and range)
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return when the package is not collected at a collection point
If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt, PostNL will offer the package to neighbors or a collection point nearby. If you do not want a package to be offered to neighbours, you can indicate this via the comments at checkout.
At a collection point, the package can be collected during 5 working days before the package is automatically returned to us. When we receive the package back, we will contact you. When you make a payment for the shipping costs and we have received it, we will resend your package to a collection point near you.
Return from Belgium when the name of the address does not match 'incomplete/incorrect address'
In Belgium, the name of the specified address must match the name stated at the address in the letterbox. If this is not the case, the package will automatically be returned with the message 'incomplete/wrong address'. If your package is returned for this reason, we ask to send the package again for a contribution of 7,50 euros for a package with a value below 15 euros. For a package shipment with a value above 15 euros, we ask for a personal contribution of 6,50 euros.
