Use case
Traditional recipe: boil the water and let it cool to 50˚C, add one chunk per 200ml cup of hot water, simmer for 5-6 hours to 48 hours. Remove the pieces. Reheat the remaining liquid to 40-50˚C. Then place the chunks back in the liquid and let it steep for 4-5 hours. draining. Add cooled boiled water to reach the original liquid volume. Refrigerate the brew in a sealed container for up to 4 days. The chunks can be reused up to 5 times and then new chunks must be used for the brew.
