As of July 1, 2018, an amendment to the Dutch law has been started with regard to E-liquids. For example, more requirements are set for the safety and form of E-smokers, but also on the liquids themselves. The Dutch amended Tobacco and Smoking Products Act contains a passage that states that additives in the liquid are limited, such as additives that color the vapor and additives that give the impression the e-liquid has health benefits. The latter means a ban on the sale of E-liquids with CBD.
CBD E-liquids that do not yet meet the new composition and packaging requirements may be sold until the first of July 2019. For you as a customer, this means that you can order the CBD E-liquids up to and including 30th of June 2019.
Because the stock of the CBD E-liquids will decrease faster and faster, we advise you to order on time. The closer to the effective date of the law amendment, the faster our CBD E-liquids will be sold out.
