You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have received your order. You will receive another e-mail with your track & trace code and invoice when your package is shipped.

Shipping within the Netherlands
The shipping fee for the Netherlands is € 4,95 per order. If you spend € 60,- or more the shipping is free.
When orders are made before 16.00 hours your package will be shipped the same day. We have very fast shipping to all European countries thanks to our partner PostNL.
Pick up your online order in the Netherlands
* SofortBanking - very popular in Germany, but it can also be used by customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, France, Poland, Spain and the UK.
* Bank transfer - transfer the amount quoting the order number. PLease take into account that a transfer can take up to three business days book time. Order will be canceled automatically if your payment is not received within 10 days after the order is placed. Your order will not be shipped untill we receive payment.
* Bancontact/ Mister Cash - account holders from Belgium can pay securely online using their debit card.
* iDEAL - typical Dutch payment method.
We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. If you are not all satisfied with the product then please contact us on telephone number +31 (0) 76 88 96 849 or email@example.com and return the goods to us in the original packing and unused. We will refund your money within 14 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment.
In case of a complain please notify us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to sign up for dispute mediation by the Foundation Webwinkelkeur. From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for EU consumers to notify your complain via the ODR platform by the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complain isn't treated elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform.
